Terms & Policy


Provisional bookings will be held for seven days and confirmed when a non – refundable deposit payment of thirty percent of the rental price has been cleared. The remaining balance payment is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of the commencement of the holiday, full payment is required.

If you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of the commencement date, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If successful, the balance payment will be refunded. You are advised to seek insurance against this event.

Cottages and property

Cottages are available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 9.30am on departure day.

Cottages are furnished and let for the maximum number of people specified for each property where this number must not be exceeded.

We operate a no-smoking policy in all of our cottages. No pets allowed.

Power, central heating oil, bed linen and towels, one bath and one hand per person are included in the rental price. A starter pack, and one basket of logs will be provided.

All personal belongings are at owners risk.

Guests are fully responsible for the cottages during their stay. Please take care with the property and report any damage or breakages to the owner, so that replacements or repairs can be carried out. Guests are liable for any loss incurred to the property or its contents.

The property must be left in the same state of cleanliness and repair in which it is found.

On receipt of your holiday deposit you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions.
